What proposals did Pashinyan send to Baku?

If the text of the peace agreement sent by the Armenian government to Baku contains a clause related to Karabakh again, nothing will be achieved this time either. After sending the text to Baku, Pashinyan will go to the Munich Security Conference, where he will try to present himself as a "peacemaker". Pashinyan's argument in Munich will be that he is waiting for an answer to his "peace proposals" from Baku. It is no coincidence that Iravan sent the text to the former co-chair states - USA, France and Russia. In order to attract the attention of the international world, Pashinyan resorted to another trick and began to spread the idea that "the security of Karabakh should be under international guarantee". It is necessary to tell Pashinyan and the international world every time that security issues will not be considered until the separatists in Karabakh are disarmed and the implementation of Azerbaijani laws in the region is ensured.
